All Condition Decks, Shift Decks, guides, and other downloadable materials are delivered digitally. Purchases are non‑refundable due to the immediate access provided. 

If you have trouble accessing your download, reach out and I’ll make sure you receive what you purchased.

2. Personal Use License

All digital products are for personal use only. You may not:

share, distribute, or upload the files elsewhere 

resell or reproduce the content 

use the material in your own paid programs or teaching

These boundaries protect the integrity of the work and the livelihood of the creator.

3. Payment & Taxes

All payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. Applicable sales tax (including Kentucky’s 6% digital goods tax) is added at checkout when required by law.

Aspire Leadership Development’s materials support clarity, steadiness, and personal agency. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing on this site should be used to diagnose or treat any condition.
